Once we worked through most of the household contents, I asked Belinda to come in and help us with the final plans around distribution and disposal of remaining items. Also I asked that she complete a final clean of the house.

This was a stressful time for our family and we were working to a deadline.

Belinda made herself available to suit the dates and times we needed her. She worked quickly through the list of jobs requested and when she was not sure of what was needed to be done with a particular job, she asked to confirm instructions.

The major task Belinda completed was a final clean of our mother's house. This was a sizeable undertaking. She did this quickly and thoroughly leaving the home looking fresh and beautifully presented. Our mother was very pleased with the way her home was left. This was important to us and credit goes to Belinda for her hard work.

Overall my brothers and I were impressed with Belinda's efficient, capable, thoughtful and caring manner around how she approached her work. My family appreciated her efforts and that she was able to work with us at a stressful time.

We would highly recommend her for professional cleaning and household support services.

On a personal note, I've known Belinda since 1989. She is trustworthy, helpful, reliable, very hard working and good natured. She respects others and does her best in everything she tackles.

I am a residential property developer in the Wellington area. We build homes to be sold and generally stick to the first home buyers market.

Belinda's role is at the end of the development but actually has a most important part to play, as she cleans EVERYTHING, walls, floors, window sills, light fittings, cupboards, kitchen, bathroom until there is no rubbish, dust or plaster left and then arranges our dressing furniture so nicely that buyers feel comfortable in the environment and can see themselves living there.

We always use Belinda as we know we have no complaints from the Real Estate Agent on a dirty house and accordingly the houses sell quickly and we get a good market price.

Over the years I have found Belinda to be of a helpful and honest nature who works really hard and make the extra effort to do a good job – she does what she says she will do.
