NOTE: The price is per hour PER Staff Member.

The average 3 bedroom, one or two storey home, with normal size windows, and internal frames in reasonable condition, with single paned glass, takes between 1-1.5 hours for external windows, and the same for internal windows.

What can vary the time?

• Multi-framed panels of glass
• Skylights
• Tall Windows (floor to ceiling)
• Ranch Slider windows (where the dirt gets in the door track)
• Aluminium frames (particularly the multi-channel ones which trap the dirt)
• Mould affected windows
• Poor paint surfaces
• Internal wall windows which divide rooms
• Doors with glass panels (commonly in lounge rooms)
• Glass with permanent pen writing, or stickers on them

So, when making a booking it is essential to provide as much information as possible so that we can better estimate the time it will take.

In all cases we provide all equipment and cleaning products.

Terms and Conditions of Booking and Payment

On making the booking you accept the terms and conditions when you type in your name. These include that we accept payment by internet banking or cash only (we DO NOT accept credit cards or cheques) and that payment for our cleaning services are due on the day of service, upon invoice. Unpaid invoices after 10 days have 10% interest added and are passed onto our debt collector, in which case you are liable for any costs incurred, including debt collector’s and/or solicitor’s fees.
